Light demolition is performed only where TLC is properly licensed and qualified for the work in that jurisdiction. Specialty trades, including licensed electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural and regulated material work, are coordinated with qualified contractors when a project requires them. TLC does not represent itself as performing licensed specialty work unless that work is verified for the project.
Lease-Deadline Awareness
Work is planned around turnover dates, landlord walkthroughs and building access windows, including nights and weekends where the property requires it.
Multi-Site Programs
Rollouts and closure programs across several locations can be scheduled together and reported per site.
Documented Completion
Photos and completion documentation can be provided to support work orders, landlord requirements and internal reporting.
