Equipment & Capabilities

Equipment & Capabilities

Commercial work requires the right equipment on site with operators who know how to use it. Below is what TLC Pro Services confirms as its own capability.

Verified capability

Resources TLC Operates

Only verified capability is listed. Quantities and specific unit counts are confirmed during scoping rather than published.

Bobcat / Skid-Steer Capability

Skid-steer equipment for material handling, debris work, snow pushing and site cleanup on commercial pavement and yards.

Commercial Leaf Vacuum Equipment

Leaf vacuum capability for high-volume commercial leaf collection along curb lines, turf areas and hardscape.

Plow Trucks

Plow trucks for commercial parking lots, drive lanes and access routes during snow events.

Crews & Resources

Crews assigned to the scope of work, from sidewalk and entrance detail work to interior cleanouts and debris removal.

Project scaling

Additional Resources Coordinated By Scope

Some projects require equipment or trades beyond what TLC operates directly. In those cases, TLC coordinates additional resources or qualified contractors as part of the project rather than presenting that equipment as its own.

TLC Pro Services does not claim ownership of equipment it does not own, and does not perform licensed specialty work unless that work is verified for the project and jurisdiction. Certifications, licenses and insurance documentation are provided directly on request as part of vendor onboarding.

Documentation available on request

  • Certificate of insurance
  • Business licensing information
  • W-9 and vendor onboarding paperwork
  • Scope confirmations, work orders and completion documentation
  • SAM registration details, Unique Entity ID and CAGE code
